Great Location
Getting everyone together in one place is the first hurdle, but you will be no doubt asking; “How will I find perfect birthday party venues near me, but that also work for friends and family?”
Situated in Setchey, we are just over four miles from King’s Lynn in one direction, whilst Downham Market is just seven miles in the other direction. A network of key roads, including the A148, A17, A47 and A10 converge around our location. We can also offer ample free parking on site for all your guests. Finally, we can also be easily accessed by bus, with the nearest stop just at the end of our road!
The Venue
The Warehouse Taproom Bar and Restaurant has been recently converted from warehouse space to a sleek and modern purpose-built entertainment venue. Our beautiful glass entrance leads you through you to our custom-built bar. One side of the building boasts expansive floor to ceiling glass, filling the room with light and warmth throughout the year and doors take you out into a beautiful garden, with lots of space for outdoor events. The interior layout is warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating, including plush sofas and bar stools.
The Warehouse Taproom Bar and Restaurant is a fully wheelchair accessible venue.
Children’s Play Area
Our beer garden boasts its very own children’s play area, which is a super important feature to consider when choosing a venue for your children’s birthday party! The play area is totally enclosed, with only one gated entrance, to ensure your children are safe while they play. The garden and play area give the children an additional space to use within the party planning; a chance to safely blow off some steam as there will be plenty of excitement and energy overflowing!
Inside/Outside
We have plenty of choices for the location of your children’s birthday party within our venue. You could choose to host the party outside in the Beer Garden, but you can also blend this with using some of the spaces within the bar and restaurant. This is especially important to consider given the peculiarities of British weather and the need to offer something for everyone.
Grown ups often get forgotten at children’s birthday parties, but they do appreciate having somewhere comfortable to sit and have a nibble. We can offer a unique venue that will ensure all the guests, not just the children, have a great time at the party.
The Function Room
Perhaps this is a particularly special party; a sweet sixteenth, eighteenth or maybe it is a joint children’s birthday party? You are going to need a bit more space, with some room to boogie, run around and generally cater for larger numbers! You need look no further; consider our Function Room. This space has been perfectly designed to be multi-purpose so it can meet a range of needs: from a formal sit-down meal or a buffet, to a hog-roast, we can cater for it all.
We can have casual seating, dance space, room for entertainers – you name, we can do it.
